1. What Best Pet Friends is

Best Pet Friends ("we", "us") is operated by [LLC LEGAL NAME]. It is an online bulletin board where neighbors in the same building can post when they are free to walk a dog, ask for a walk, and organize dog meetups. We do not employ, screen, supervise or insure any member, and we are not a party to any arrangement between members. We are not a pet-care business.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You must live in, or have permission to be in, the building whose code you use.

3. Accounts and buildings

Keep your sign-in details private. A building admin approves who joins a building and can remove members. Do not share a building code with people who do not live there.

4. Community Agreement

Before joining a building you must accept the Community Agreement shown in the app. It forms part of these Terms.

5. Subscription and billing

6. Using the service responsibly

• Be accurate about yourself and your dog, including any bite history or health needs.

7. Safety is shared

You decide who to trust with your dog or your home. We do not verify anyone's identity or suitability. Meet neighbors in public parts of the building first.
